random personal post and news

i hate weeks like this. i hate when 3rd parties create issues among others. i hate when someone takes something from someone in need and leaves the door open for others to receive their just retribution. i hate seeing couples you expect to be together split up. i hate not having enough hours in the day to do everything i need to do and then when i finally have a free moment giving in to the nap i need instead of completing other projects. stupid things that stress and create issues that in the grand scheme of things really do not matter.

on the upside i'm directing a one act. rehearsals are going well. i have an amazing man in my life who i refuse to take for granted. i am working out, eating healthier and losing weight. i have a good job (atm). we are slowly making progress on home repairs but we are making progress. i have good friends and family. my sister did receive good news this week for which we are all grateful.

news stuff

i have to wonder if people actually listen to obama or just his sound bites? the man will speak the sound bite and after the applause leave a moment before speaking what he is really saying which is usually in direct contradiction to the sound bite that will be played. and people believe this crap

the fda is on the move again to regulate herbals under the guise that people are harming themselves because homeopathic remedies are not regulated. the issue here is that regulating homeopathic meds means regulating most plants, including your typical flowers AND home gardens. plants like garlic, roses, rosemary, mint and cayanne will suddenly become illegal if this happens. can you imagine being busted for growing your own garlic or having a rose garden? i wish people would wake up and realize that government is not nearly as smart as they are. of course, that means taking some personal responsibility for their own lives.

did you notice that rush limbaugh is being blamed for the bulldozing flint, mi plan? it's insane. the plant was created by a city official of flint, then the obama administration asked if the plan could be carried out in 50 other cities across the county. but in this age of what the mass media reports is the truth whether or not it is true limbaugh is to be blamed.

I think the things that hurt me the most is the breaking up of people who you do expect to stay together for ever. And the precious cargo that gets hurt in the process

i completely understand that. i hope that that situation works itself out. it really was shocking.
