A Michigan woman who was watching neighborhood children who were waiting for the bus has been ordered to stop because she is an unlicensed daycare provider. Her "daycare" consists of allowing the kids who wait for the bus each morning to wait in her home instead of outside, in her yard...which happens to be where the bus stops.
